Power Transmission Company No. 2 (EVNNPT) applies a complete porcelain ladder to serve the repair, management and operation of the 220kV power transmission grid. This is one of the recognized initiatives.
Along with propaganda and dissemination activities, EVNNPT Trade Union has established an Advisory Group to support initiatives to help union members and employees realize their ideas and initiatives. Many grassroots trade unions have surpassed the assigned targets, typically the Trade Union of Power Transmission Company No. 4 completed the work in the earliest time with 51/43 initiatives on 20 April 2022, Power Transmission Company No. 3 doubled the target completion. Targeted with 53/26 initiatives, Power Transmission Company No. 1 achieved 74/61 initiatives, Power Transmission Company No. 2 achieved 33/26 ones.
According to the assessment, the program "1 million initiatives - efforts to overcome difficulties, creativity, determination to overcome the COVID-19 pandemic" launched by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labour and the plan "10,000 initiatives in Vietnam Electricity", have spread and promoted the movement of initiative and creativity among officials, union members and employees of the National Power Transmission Corporation. EVNNPT strives to achieve 709 initiatives in the period of 2022 - 2023.
In phase 2 (from 1 June 2022 to the end of 30 September 2023), the planned target of EVNNPT's Trade Union is 496 initiatives.
