Specifically, EVNNPT strives to ensure the progress of completing important projects supplying power to the South such as: Song May - Tan Uyen, Long Phu - O Mon and Song Hau - Duc Hoa (phase 1) 500kV lines; Tan Uyen and Duc Hoa 500kV substations, etc.
Particularly, EVNNPT strives to complete key projects in order to ensure power supply for Hanoi and key economic zones such as: Thuong Tin - West Hanoi 500kV line, increasing capacity of 220kV substations named Dinh Vu, Son Tay, Nho Quan, Dung Quat, etc.
In order to achieve these targets, EVNNPT will soon implement the investment preparation and line and site agreements to have enough time for the subsequent phases.
EVNNPT will strictly manage and speed up the approval process of pre-feasibility, feasibility study reports and technical design; strictly check the quality of consultative documents before submission so as to avoid multi-time correction.
The corporation will widely implement 3D survey and design technology; concentrate on completing technical and design standards, model contract in order to ensure consistency, synchronization and minimize operational time in the process of project checking and appraisal; implement applying standard design for power substations and lines; strengthen the close connection with local authorities to make use of the support to solve problems in site clearance to be in a timely manner, facilitate contractors to ensure progress.
In 2018, EVNNPT conducted commencement of 31 projects in line with the plan. Additionally, in order to ensure the power supply at the request of Power Corporations, EVNNPT also performed commencement of 12 unplanned projects.
In 2018, the Corporation energized 50 planned projects, 4 unplanned projects, including important power grid projects ensuring power supply for Hanoi and Northern important economic zones such as: Hiep Hoa - Dong Anh - Bac Ninh 2 500/220kV lines; increasing capacity for 500kV substations named Pho Noi and Dong Anh; Phu Tho, Nong Cong, Luu Xa, Quang Chau and Quynh Luu 220kV substations. Additionally, the Corporation completed important projects to ensure power supply for the South such as: increasing capacity of Tan Dinh 500kV substation; 220kV Substations of Duc Hoa, Uyen Hung, Vung Tau, etc.
