Established in late 2018, one of the main missions of EVNPSC is to perform maintenance and repair works for power units, technology and equipment systems of 11 hydropower plants (of 7 hydropower companies under EVN) with a total capacity of 8,642MW.

Mr. Bui Cong Luan said that EVNPSC aims to develop the Center into a professional, dynamic, creative maintenance service provider and expand its scope of services to other types of power plants such as thermal power, wind power, gas turbine, solar power, etc.
The Center will keep on improving skills of its personnel so that it can undertake regular maintenance and overhaul activities for thermal power and solar power plants under EVN, right after being assigned by the Group from 2020.
Due to many inherent risks exposed in maintenance works, EVNPSC has formulated and issued all processes and regulations on labor safety, fire and explosion prevention in overhaul works, regular maintenance and incident remedy activities. The Center has strengthened the inspection, supervision of and professional guidance for the power plants.
In addition, to improve labor productivity, EVNPSC has paid attention to training and developing high quality human resources; fostering and improving the quality of maintenance management teams and skilled workers. At the same time, the Center has applied scientific and technological advances, IT applications in their operations to improve the efficiency of production and business activities.
The Center has encouraged its member units and individual employees to actively participate in research and development activities to work out good quality, qualified and affordable technologies which can be applied in maintenance activities to improve their productivity, quality and efficiency.

EVN Power Service Center:
- Established under Decision No. 299/QD-EVN dated November 22, 2018 of the Board of Directors of EVN.
- Being a dependent accounting unit of EVN, established on the basis of separating maintenance activities from Son La, Hoa Binh, Huoi Quang - Ban Chat, Tuyen Quang, Tri An, Ialy hydropower companies and Se San Hydropower Development Company.
- Total number of employees: 860 people.
- Average age: 40.7 years.
