Cultural festival day of Vietnam Electricity in 2019

This is one of the major cultural events of Vietnam Electricity to celebrate 65th anniversary of the traditional day of the Revolutionary Power Sector (21st December 1954 - 21st December 2019). The event was hosted by Central Power Corporation in Da Nang City on 8th to 9th August 2019.

Delivering the opening remarks, EVN’s Deputy General Director Vo Quang Lam said: This is an opportunity to recognize and evaluate the development process of EVN culture; at the same time, he affirmed the crucial role of corporate culture in the development of the Group, especially with the influence of the industrial revolution 4.0. “Machinery and equipment could replace human beings but the corporate culture is the key to determine the survival of every enterprise,” emphasized EVN’s Deputy General Director.

After 10 years of implementing the EVN Cultural Document, it can be assessed that the EVN culture has gradually been shaped in each of its staff and employee, thereby developing a prestigious and friendly EVN brand for customers, social community and partners as well.

EVN Culture Festival Day in 2019 includes 3 main activities: Team building with the theme “Connecting to shine together”, talk show of “EVN people: Dedication - Wisdom”, charity activities at the Da Nang city Social Protection Center and Oncology - Pediatrics Department (Obstetric - Pediatric Hospital in Da Nang).

More 80 staffs in charge of corporate culture at EVN’s member units had the opportunity to share, learn and exchange experiences to better undertake this work in each unit; more extensively and intensively spreading the EVN culture in daily life of staffs and employees, contributing to the sustainable development of the Group.
