EVNSPC: Transferring the management and operation of 110kV power grid to power companies

The Southern Power Corporation (EVNSPC) has organized a signing ceremony to hand over 110kV power grid from the Southern Power Service Company (which was established on the basis of changing the name, functions and tasks of the Southern High Voltage Power Grid Company) to power companies under EVNSPC.

The Southern Power Service Company transferred all the assets, capital, equipment, facilities and the entire 110kV/220kV grids as the status quo to power companies.

At the same time, the Power Service Enterprise previously under power companies was transferred to the Southern Power Service Company with a total of 348 employees and all the equipment, facilities and assets.

This transfer aims to unify the management and operation of the 110kV/220kV grids; as well as in realization of the project of rearranging and restructuring enterprises in the Southern Power Corporation under EVN’s Decision No. 132/QĐ-EVN dated July 31, 2017.
