The total value of EVNSPC’s support is up to VND 32.4 billion, helping to construct gratitude houses for more than 670 policy families, poor households having difficulties in housing in 21 Southern provinces and cities.
Mr. Nguyen Van Hop - EVNSPC’s Chairman and General Director said that implementing social security was one of EVNSPC’s crucial tasks, in parallel with the task of ensuring power supply for 21 Southern provinces and cities.
During this period, on average, the corporation has supported to construct over 200 houses of gratitude and affection.
“This shows the kind-heartedness of more than 21,000 employees of EVNSPC, helping people with shelter, settlement to stabilize their production, gradually improving their lives” - Mr. Hop shared.
Besides, EVNSPC has also carried-out many other activities for the community such as: Constructing residential bridges, medical clinics, schools; supporting “Fund for the poor”; supporting animal breeding (cows and goats) for poor households; donating gifts to poor and studious students; visiting wounded and sick soldiers, policy families, Vietnamese Heroic Mothers, etc.
