The project has a total investment value of more than VND104.2 billion, including construction and rehabilitation of 10.7km of 110kV power line; building a new bay at the 110kV Kim Son substation; rehabilitation and improvement of the system diagram of Kim Son 110kV substation into one busbar system diagram. At Nghia Hung 110kV substation, installation of a new 110kV bay; rehabilitation of the existing 22kV power line crossing the extended bay area by using underground cables.
Successful energizing of the Kim Son-Nghia Hung 110kV power line is critical to stable power supply, preventing overload of the 110kV Ninh Binh-Kim Son power line, at the same time, to meeting the increasing demands of industrial and residential loads in Kim Son district and Yen Khanh district in particular and in Ninh Binh province in general; creating a ring circuit between Kim Son 110kV substation and Nghia Hung 110kV substation, improving power supply reliability in Ninh Binh and Nam Dinh provinces, contributing to reducing power loss in regional power grids.
This is also a work to welcome the Congress of the Party Committee of Ninh Binh province for the term 2020-2025.
