It is targeted EVN to have 6,000 initiatives, solutions by employees and trade union members being successfully registered in the "1 million initiatives" program of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor until the end of the program on September 1, 2023.
More than 4,000 initiatives of EVN’s employees and, union members have been successfully registered in the "1 million initiatives" program of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor.
To achieve this target, the Vietnam Electricity Trade Union proposes that leaders of EVN’s member units and trade unions at all levels pay attention to thoroughly grasping and directing the implementation of a number of activities. In which, the emulation movement "10 thousand initiatives" is the right policy in the current period, demonstrating the responsibility of the employees of the power sector to contribute to the socio-economic recovery and development of the country after the pandemic, being a core activity for the development of production and business of member units, and at the same time accelerating the digital transformation roadmap in Vietnam Electricity.
At the end of phase 1 of the Program, the Vietnam Electricity Trade Union has completed the set target and is in the top three organizations of the Emulation Division of trade unions of groups and corporations.
| As of November 11, 2022, there have been more than 4,000 initiatives of EVN's employees and trade union members have been successfully registered in the "1 million initiatives" program of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, achieving 41.3% of the plan. Many member units have had drastic directions, having many initiatives being updated, achieved and exceeded the plan such as Trade Union of the Hanoi Power Corporation, Trade Union of Thu Duc Thermal Power One Member Limited Liability Company have exceeded the planned targets, nearly 1 year ahead. |
