In the last period, 4 member units under EVN have won the "Global Gender Equality Certificate", namely Ho Chi Minh City Power Corporation, Power Generation Corporation No.3, Hanoi Power Corporation and the Southern Power Corporation. Also in the past 5 years, the Vietnam Electricity Trade Union has successfully organized two contests "Innovative EVN Women" with more than 120 highly practical solutions and initiatives, applicable to production and business activities, benefiting their employers.

On this occasion, the Vietnam Electricity Trade Union awarded emulation flags to 4 collectives; along with that, 25 collectives and 73 individuals were awarded certificates of merit for their outstanding achievements in female worker motivation activities and women’s activities in the 2018 - 2022 period.

As of October 2022, the qualifications of female employees in EVN are as follows:
• Undergraduate: 1,039 people (20%);
• University: 12,166 people (26.76%);
• College: 1,143 people (18.28%);
• Intermediate, workers: 5,073 people (14.26%);
• Others: 20.7%.
