Many digital transformation items in production field achieve 100% of 2021-2022 plan

This is notable information from the meeting to review the implementation of digital transformation tasks in the production field, chaired by Mr. Ngo Son Hai - Vice President of Vietnam Electricity (EVN) on October 28 in Hanoi.

The meeting was held in both offline and online form with the participation of leaders of units under EVN.

According to the report of the Technical and Operational Department  (EVN) on the digital transformation of the production field, there are 5 tasks assigned to units in the 2021-2022 period.

The task of "complete PMIS software system database" aims to digitize 100% of the devices by the end of 2022. Units are making efforts to basically accomplish the planned goal.

The task of "efficient repair, maintenance and exploitation of equipment" is the content of converting maintenance and repair work according to RCM for power plants (hydropower, thermal power) and CBM for power grids.

Up to now, hydropower plants have completed 100% of the plan, the thermal power plants under EVN have put the RCM module into use at 100%, the thermal power plants under power generation corporations are deploying 12 equipment systems and striving to deploy 20 equipment systems in 2022.

For the 220-500kV power grid, EVNNPT has completed 100% of the year plan. Power corporations have applied CBM for the repair and maintenance of 110kV, medium and low voltage grids.

The task of "building dashboards for employees in the technical field to exploit data most conveniently" is the content of data exploitation for synthesis, analysis, and evaluation for employees working in engineering and production.

Up to now, power generation corporations have built dashboards on PMIS of corporations, especially EVNGENCO1 has developed a mobile version of the dashboard.

Power corporations have completed building basic dashboards for technical management and are continuing to expand and build the next dashboards.

EVNNPT has built the requirements, forms and is developing the exploiting dashboard from PMIS (BI application). It is expected acceptance in November 2022.

The conference is held in both offline and online form

The task of "upgrading the PMIS technical management application system" has been approved by EVN with the tasks outline and business processes for 2022. Parallel with the project approval process to upgrade PMIS in 2022, the Information Technology Centre of Vietnam Electricity (EVNICT) has also actively implemented the assigned work contents gradually.

The task of "field application" has been deployed and applied by EVNNPT and power corporations and has brought great results.
