Ialy Hydropower Company passes the mark of 90 billion kWh of electricity generation output

At 13:15 on November 27, 2020, the power plants managed and operated by Ialy Hydropower Company has generated in total 90 billion kWh of electricity. This produced energy, together with that from other power plants of Vietnam Electricity, has made a significant contribution to supplying sufficient electricity to the national economic development and maintaining energy security for the country.

Ialy hydropower dam is located in Gia Lai province

Of which, Ialy hydropower plant has generated 67.85 billion kWh, Se San 3 hydropower plant has generated 17.52 billion kWh and Pleikrong hydropower plant has generated 4.63 billion kWh.

In parallel with its task of production and business, the company has always fulfilled its tax obligations, forest environment service fees, etc. in a proper, full and prompt manner in accordance with legal provisions, contributing to the state budget over the recent years nearly VND8,700 billion, a considerable contribution to the total local budget of Gia Lai and Kon Tum provinces.

Since 2000, the company has donated more than VND10 billion to local social organizations, assisting the poor and people in areas affected by natural disasters; building and repairing 33 gratitude houses, houses of affection for poor families, families under preferential treatment policies in Gia Lai and Kon Tum provinces, etc.
