In the first 6 months of 2024, EVNNPC's entire power sales reached 47.654 billion kWh, an increase of 14.68% over the same period in 2023 and 50.19% of the yearly plan assigned by EVN.
All business and customer service targets in the first 6 months of 2024 met EVN's targets. The rate of customers paying electricity bills without using cash by the end of June 2024 reached 88.58%, 1.45% higher than the target assigned by EVN in 2024 and 2.37% higher than in the same period. The Corporation's revenue through non-cash payment channels reached 97.47%; The target of providing services electronically and level 4 services is 100% fulfilled. EVNNPC has also promoted digital transformation in all areas of operations such as finance and accounting, customer service business, safety engineering, power grid automation, etc.

Also in the past 6 months, EVNNPC has received and satisfied power supply requests for 1,128 medium voltage customers, the average time to complete electricity industry procedures is 3.26 days, 0.28 days lower than the same period in 2023, a decrease of 3.74 days compared to EVN's regulations. The actual power loss rate is 3.92%, 1.15% lower than the same period in 2023 and 0.18% lower than the plan assigned by EVN.
In particular, determined that the electricity supply would face many difficulties, from the beginning of 2024, EVNNPC has directed member units to promote electricity saving according to Directive No. 20/CT-TTg of the Prime Minister on enhancing electricity saving in the period 2023 - 2025 and following years. As a result, in the first 6 months of 2024, the total electricity saving of EVNNPC is nearly 1.1 billion kWh, equivalent to 2.3% of total power sales. In the electricity demand response work (DR), EVNNPC has signed DR with 4,356 customers, reaching 91.28%.
In construction investment, in the first 6 months of the year, EVNNPC started construction of 21 projects; energizing 50 110kV projects with satisfactory quality and on schedule.
Key tasks in the last 6 months of the year include: Accelerating medium voltage investment projects to level loads of transformers that are carrying high loads; energizing key projects, implementing projects to improve the operating capacity of 110kV substations, etc.
