Some key indicators compared to that of the same period in 2021 such as the number of incidents of 110kV power grid decreased by 50%; total troubleshooting time reduced by 53%; realized power loss rate at 5.8%, decreasing by 0.46%; The average outage time of customers (the indicator of power supply reliability) was 896 minutes, a decrease of 25.41%.

Also in the past 6 months, EVNNPC received power supply for 1,256 medium-voltage customers, with the average time to process the electricity sector's procedures is 3.86 days, decreasing by 3.14 days compared to the regulations of the EVN, a decrease of 1.14 days compared to the regulations of EVNNPC and 0.27 days compared to that of the same period in 2021.
All customer service targets are met in accordance with EVN's regulations. The rate of customers paying electricity bills without cash by the end of June 2022 reached 79.11%, 7.71% higher than the target assigned by EVN; revenue through the non-cash payment channel reached 94.65%. The rate of customers registering electricity services by electronic method reached 99.27%; the level 4 electricity service provision rate reached 99.38%.
In particular, determining that the power supply is facing many difficulties, right from the beginning of 2022, EVNNPC has directed the units to develop a plan to adjust the power Demand Response (DR). In 6 months, the corporation signed DR agreements with 3,556 customers that consume power at a capacity of from 1-3 million kWh.

In construction investment, in the first 6 months of the year, EVNNPC started 42 110kV projects, reaching 66.7% of the plan; energizing 16 projects, reaching 38.1% of the plan. However, there are still a number of key grid projects that are still behind schedule, due to difficulties in site clearance, alignment agreements, etc.

EVNNPC also continues to make efforts to supply safe and reliable power on hot days; proactively implement effective DR; at the same time, prepare plans and resources to ensure the operation of the power grid during the rainy and stormy season; focus on reviewing and overcoming defects on the power grid, operating the system efficiently, and reducing incidents on medium and low voltage grids; focus on supervision and ensure labor safety.
