Information publicity and transparency on implementing procedures of transitional renewable energy projects

After the Ministry of Industry and Trade issued Decision No. 21/QD-BCT dated 7/1/2023 on regulations on electricity generation price bracket for transitional solar and wind power plants, Power Trading Company (under EVN) issued a document to the Investors requesting the submission of documents for calculation and negotiation of electricity prices. The Ministry of Industry and Trade and Vietnam Electricity has also held conferences with project investors many times to discuss and remove difficulties and problems related to records, orders and procedures for electricity prices negotiation, power purchase and sale contracts, etc. The prescribed processes and procedures have also been publicly and transparently promulgated by EVN and sent to investors.

In the spirit of actively implementing the Prime Minister's direction, the Ministry of Industry and Trade and Vietnam Electricity has recently made great efforts and focused highly on removing difficulties and obstacles to connect transitional renewable energy projects to the power grid soon while ensuring compliance with the provisions of law.
