According to Mr. Bui Phuong Nam - Director of EVNPMB 1, in the first 6 months of the year, the construction progress of power source and grid projects implemented by EVNPMB 1 followed the 2023 plan; in which, 2 projects have been completed and put into operation, including Tuong Duong - Nam Mo (Lao) 220kV power line - and the project of replacing equipment and increasing capacity of 220/110/35kV substation of Hoa Binh Hydropower Plant.
Currently, EVNPMB 1 is also implementing projects such as Expanded Hoa Binh Hydropower Plant; the Shared infrastructure project of Dung Quat I, II, and III combined gas turbine power plants; Lao Cai 500kV substation and connection 220kV lines
Mr. Nguyen Duc Cuong - Member of EVN's the Board of Directors and Mr. Pham Hong Phuong - EVN’s Vice President both recognized the efforts of all employees of Power Project Management Board 1 in the first 6 months of the year. EVN's leaders requested that EVNPMB 1 need to focus heavily and work closely with contractors and consultants; timely overcome difficulties, obstacles, and limitations..., and speed up the progress of projects, especially the Expanded Hoa Binh Hydropower Plant project. At the same time, EVNPMB 1 ought to continue to improve project management and administration capacity and improve the quality of human resources in the coming time.
