Specifically, EVNNPC has restored 114/173 110kV power lines, reaching over 65%, and 1,296/1,535 medium-voltage power lines, reaching 84.4%.
In particular, in Quang Ninh province - a locality heavily damaged by Typhoon No. 3 - EVNNPC has restored 30% of the incident load across the entire province; basically restored power supply to important loads in the whole province such as hospitals, communications, clean water supply, etc.; restored 90% of the load in coal mines; and will basically restore power supply for Ha Long city on September 10.

It is worth mentioning that from the night of September 9 to the morning of September 10, heavy rain caused flooding in 07 areas, disrupting the power supply to more than 390,000 customers in the provinces of Yen Bai, Bac Giang, Lang Son, Phu Tho, Thai Nguyen, Cao Bang, and Lao Cai.
Currently, the member units of the Corporation have dispatched shock troops and contractors to proactively mobilize and support Quang Ninh, Hai Phong, and Hai Duong PCs to overcome the consequences of Typhoon No. 3.
Of which, 300 personnel from the shock troops are supporting Quang Ninh PC and it is expected that on September 10, 2024, Quang Ninh PC will be supplemented with more than 100 people from other units to support. Hai Phong PC is supported by 8 units with 143 people. Hai Duong PC will be supported by the Ha Giang PC shock troop, which has 15 people and is being considered for addition according to actual conditions.
EVNNPC has been directing strongly, requiring employees to control the work on the power grid when constructing, repairing, and handling incidents to ensure labor safety and thoroughly check before restoring the 0.4kV power grid, ensuring electrical safety for the people.
Currently, the power sector has been on duty 24/7 with the motto of 4 on-sites, readying human resources and equipment, making the highest effort to restore safe and stable power supply to customers as soon as possible.
