The project has a total investment capital of over VND103.4 billion, with a new construction scale of a 110kV double-circuit power line, 22.04km long connecting Son Dong 220kV Substation to Son Dong 110kV Substation.
The project is expected to be completed in the second quarter of 2022, contributing to improving the reliability of power supply to 110kV Son Dong Substation, reducing the load for Luc Ngan 110kV Substation; and at the same time meeting the demand in Son Dong district and neighboring areas in Bac Giang province.
The project will also create a loop circuit to connect the power grid for 110kV substations in Bac Giang province such as Luc Nam, Luc Nam 2, Luc Ngan, Luc Ngan 2, Son Dong substations; and will exploit effectively 110kV feeders from Son Dong 220kV substation.
The timely commencement of the 110kV power line project from Son Dong 220kV Substation to Son Dong 110kV Substation is a great effort of EVNNPC's Power Grid Project Management Board during the complicated development of the COVID-19 epidemic.
