The energization of the second 220kV-250MVA transformer at West Ha Noi 220kV substation will contribute to power supply supplement, strengthening power supply for the load of Hanoi city area, improving the reliability and meeting the demand of socio-economic development for Ha Noi capital and its neighbouring provinces.
This is a grade-I and group-C energy work with a total investment of more than VND 80 billion invested by the National Power Transmission Corporation (EVNNPT), the project shall be managed and operated by NPMB, taken over for management and operation by the Power Transmission Company No. 1 when the it is completed.
The project’s scale: Installation of 01 220/110/22kV-250MVA transformer (raising total capacity of the substation to 2x250MVA); installation of equipment of 01 220kV general bay and 01 110kV general bay; supplement of a control device and a protection relay for the new transformer and compartments installed for this project.
