Transformer No. 2 at Dai Dong-Hoan Son 110kV substation will prevent overloading of Dai Dong-Hoan Son Industrial Park and some neighboring areas in Tien Du district
Currently, Dai Dong-Hoan Son 110kV substation (E27.26) with transformer T1 (63000kVA-115/38.5/23kV) and six 22kV feeders operating with a capacity of over 55MW, basically meets part of power demand of Dai Dong-Hoan Son Industrial Park and some neighboring areas in Tien Du district.
However, in the coming time, the load of Dai Dong-Hoan Son Industrial Park will increase as more new plants will go into operation, especially the load of enterprises from the US, China, South Korea and Japan, etc. From now to the beginning of 2021 and in the following years, the load in this area is expected to rise rapidly, therefore transformer T1 at Dai Dong-Hoan Son 110kV Substation would be overloaded.
Completion of the project will create favorable environment to attract domestic and foreign investors to concentrated industrial zones, especially to Dai Dong-Hoan Son Industrial Park, contributing to promoting higher socio-economic development in Tien Du district and Bac Ninh province.
