This is a software that integrates authentication services and shares citizen information by citizen identification number/ identity card to the Population Database through the National Public Service Portal (NPSP); build a platform to connect and integrate EVN's utilities with the utility service system of localities to exchange data through the National Data Integration and Sharing Platform.
The software provides the service of confirming personal identification numbers, confirming information about the head of household and members of a household, and sharing more than 20 information fields of citizens based on input data. The software is being applied in 5 Power Corporations under EVN with 107 Power companies in 63 provinces; the National Public Service Portal and 6 information portals of provinces and cities: Thai Nguyen, Vinh Phuc, Bac Giang, Dong Nai, Yen Bai, and Hue.

The product "System of Document management, electronic payment, banking integration for internal transactions of EVN" (also developed by EVNICT) won the award in the field of Digital Enterprise/Organization. This software is applied in the digital environment serving the activity of synthesizing payment records, record review, and payment connection with banks of Vietnam Electricity. The system is closely linked with banks by electronic documents with public digital signatures. Transactions between the organization and the bank are guaranteed to be reliable and have high legality. The set of products and services developed and deployed by EVNICT to EVN's member units includes 9 Power Corporations and 251 member units with nearly 100,000 employees.
