EVN's leaders highly appreciate the ideas initiated by the Organization & Personnel Department of EVN and the Southern Power Corporation (as the co-host) via a series of events in the Festival of Innovation in Human Resource Training and Development with many meaningful and useful activities.
At the conference, presentations were delivered by two speakers: Mr. Hong Quang - Member of the Board of Directors cum Head of Human Resources at Vietcombank, sharing about his experience in building high-quality human resources and key staff, getting ready for the digital transformation at Vietcombank; and Dr. Gian Tu Trung - Founding President of Pace Management Academy, Rector of Pace Business School, about the trend of human resource and talents training and development in the new context.
The delegates had a lively exchange and discussion with the two speakers on issues related to human resource training and development in the new era, in the trend of digital transformation.
The conference succeeded in inspiring and conveying messages to EVN employees, who are in charge of human resource training and development, of an innovative, creative, ready to change to become more effective spirit.
