Vietnam Electricity Trade Union received the Excellent Emulation Flag in the creative labor emulation movement

With 243 solutions, initiatives being awarded Creative Labor Certificates, more than 9,000 solutions, bringing benefits with value of hundreds of billion VND, etc., Vietnam Electricity Trade Union is one of the leading organizations with excellent performance in the creative labor emulation movement during the period 2012 - 2017 launched by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor.

Over the past five years, Vietnam Electricity Trade Union has instructed trade unions at all levels to organize many activities such as: Movement of technical improvement and innovation promotion; research and application of science and technology advances; co-organizing Excellent Technician Competitions, Labor Safety and Hygiene Competitions at all levels, etc. which have attracted a large number of employees.

Emulation movements have become more and more practical and effective, contributing to improvement of labor productivity, effectiveness in management, governance and operation of the power system, business and customer service.

In the coming years, Vietnam Electricity and Vietnam Electricity Trade Union will continue giving directions to promote creative labor emulation movements among employees, enhancing application of science and technology in accordance with circumstance of each organization and development trend of the forth industrial revolution.

Outcomes of creative labor emulation movements of Vietnam Electricity Trade Union in the period of 2012 - 2017:

- 243 solutions and initiatives received Creative Labor Certificates awarded by Vietnam General Confederation of Labor

- 10 studies and innovations won at the 12^th and 13^th National Technical Innovation Contests

- 10 studies and works won Vietnam Science and Technology Innovation Awards (VIFOTEC)

- 15 initiatives being recognized at the Group level, bringing a benefit of over VND 300 billion, an increase of 38.5% compared to the period of 2007 - 2012.
