Applying new electricity bill template in accordance with Decree No. 70/2025/ND-CP

Pursuant to Decree No. 70/2025/ND-CP dated March 20, 2025, issued by the Government (referred to as Decree 70), which amends and supplements several articles of Decree No. 123/2020/ND-CP dated October 19, 2020, on invoices and documents;

Pursuant to Circular No. 32/2025/TT-BTC dated May 31, 2025, issued by the Ministry of Finance guiding the implementation of several articles of the Law on Tax Administration dated June 13, 2019; Decree No. 123/2020/ND-CP dated October 19, 2020, of the Government on invoices and documents; and Decree No. 70/2025/ND-CP dated March 20, 2025, amending and supplementing several articles of Decree No. 123/2020/ND-CP;

Vietnam Electricity (EVN) has designed a new electricity bill template with additional information as stipulated in Decree 70, to be applied from June 1, 2025. Specifically, it includes:

- Personal identification number;

- Organization code relating to the state budget;

- Passport number.

The new electricity bill template, with detailed formatting, is shown in the Appendix image.

If customers have already provided this information to the power company (when signing the contract or updating/modifying contract details), the electricity bill will display the information as required.

EVN announces this for customers' awareness and verification. In case updates or corrections to the information on the electricity bill are needed, customers are kindly requested to contact the Customer Care Center of the respective Power Corporations for resolution and support.
