Customers can continue using the existing customer service applications of the Power Corporations alongside the new “EVN CSKH” application.

EVN CSKH Application will bring about a new experience for customers using EVN's electricity services, through the following key features:
(1) Allow customers to link and simultaneously manage multiple electricity contracts with all of EVN's power companies nationwide;
(2) Look up daily, weekly, and monthly power consumption to track and monitor electricity usage levels as well as consumption history;
(3) Set alert thresholds for output/consumption based on electricity usage (kWh) or percentage increase (%);
(4) Pay electricity bills for linked electricity contract codes or make third-party payments for all electricity bills issued by EVN-affiliated power companies; look up payment history;
(5) Report power outages and submit feedback.
(6) Look up electricity prices and power supply interruption/reduction schedules; access guidelines on safe, economical, and efficient electricity use for households, production and business facilities, and offices; stay updated on important notices and recommendations (including warnings about online scams and alerts regarding fraudulent information, etc.).
Logging into the app is easily conducted using a personal mobile phone number, authenticated via a One-Time Password (OTP). After the initial login, customers can customize their settings to use Face ID or fingerprint recognition for automatic login in the future.
In the coming period, the EVN CSKH application will continue to be upgraded and refined, moving towards enabling login via VNeID and adding expanded features and services to further enhance convenience for electricity customers.
