EVNNPC Women: Pioneers in innovation and creativity

Female staff and employees of the Northern Power Corporation (EVNNPC) not only perform well in their professional work but also are pioneers in innovation and creativity, to promote the sustainable development of EVNNPC in particular and EVN in general.

Not afraid of difficulties and hardships

Over the years, women in EVNNPC have continuously affirmed their role in all fields. In particular, many EVNNPC women have not hesitated to take on positions requiring harsh working conditions such as labor safety, engineering, dispatching, etc, which were previously almost exclusively held by men.

Comprehensive care for female workers

At EVNNPC, strategic leaders are women, accounting for 16.66% of the total number of staff at the same level, with 2 personnel positions: Party Secretary, Chairman of the Board of Directors; Chief Accountant; senior leaders in departments with 6 department heads, 12 deputy department heads, accounting for over 40% of staff at the same level; 162 female staff are leaders of level 3 units; 206 female staff at the power level and equivalent. Regardless of their position, women always assert their role, ability, and quality of women in the power industry "Responsibility - Intelligence - Capability - Elegance".

EVNNPC has many policies and mechanisms to support female staff in their development and to assert their position in workplace.

In addition to promoting the role of women in professional work, EVNNPC also focuses on activities to care for the lives of female workers in the industry. One of the typical programs is the movement "Women of EVNNPC study actively, work creatively, build happy and progressive families". This is a widespread emulation movement, encouraging women in the industry to constantly improve their qualifications, promote creativity at work, and build a prosperous and happy family life.

In addition, EVNNPC also pays special attention to the physical and mental health of female workers. In particular, welfare regimes for female workers, such as maternity leave, child care, support for families with children with serious illnesses, etc., have all been implemented with attention.

Not only stopping at taking care of life, the work of perfecting and improving the quality of activities of the Women's Union at all levels has also been promoted; 100% of female cadres in the industry are trained in professional skills every year, ensuring that they have enough capacity and knowledge to organize effective and practical activities.

Looking back on the journey so far, it can be affirmed that women at EVNNPC are not only outstanding workers but also key factors in the development of the industry. With determination, intelligence, and a strong sense of responsibility, female employees will continue to make a strong impression, contributing to the era of the nation's strength and prosperity.
