In 2024, 3 units in Vietnam Electricity have 4 products honored in the fields of Resources and energy, including EVNICT won 02 awards Sao Khue with 02 products: EVN Information System Technical Management Module System (EVN ISTMMS); Meter Data Management System of information, collection and exploitation of watershed boundary measurement data of Vietnam Electricity (MDMS EVN). Hanoi Power Corporation with the product "Human resources management and salary payment concentrated at EVNHANOI"; Northern Power Corporation with the product "Transformer Management Software".
Specifically, MDMS EVN is application software to build an application system in a digital environment to serve data collection activities; data storage and management; data processing and analysis; Data Mining; and Data integration for EVN's watershed boundary power delivery data. The software aims to meet requirements such as: collecting data at meter measurement points; storing and managing large amounts of data; data processing and analysis; and exploiting data to serve power output management operations. At the same time, EVN MDMS can integrate systems outside EVN.
EVNICT granted the Sao Khue award for the product "MDMS EVN"
The system is being applied at the Head Office of Vietnam Electricity, 02 units under EVN, namely the Electricity Trading Company and the National Power Dispatch Center, 09 member corporations under EVN.
The software "EVN ISTMMS" is built to meet professional management requirements such as: establishing a database system for managing information at stations, managing rooms of computer and equipment; and monitoring visually and in detail the fiber optic cable system and network system through diagrams and maps; building a reporting and dashboard system to promptly support management and administration; digitizing the process of planning, submitting, appraising, approving, assigning, and monitoring the implementation of operations in accordance with EVN's digital transformation roadmap; serving the supervision, inspection, and evaluation of telecommunications technical management activities and information technology infrastructure at units.

The product "Human resources management and salary payment concentrated at EVNHANOI" is a technology solution to improve human resource management capacity at the Corporation and its member units. Since then, MOIT has unified a main mechanism and policy on human resource management, specifically in the salary mechanism and benefits for employees; all processes and operations in human resource management are run on a digital platform, ensuring transparency and accuracy.
The Northern Power Corporation's Transformer Management Software granted the Sao Khue Award
Northern Power Corporation's transformer management software is a solution to digitize the management of transformer documents and records; and manage operating parameters; thereby, providing warnings, and statistics on overload, phase difference, and operating status of transformers, helping the electrical system operate safely and stably, improving production and business efficiency.
The Sao Khue award-granted products of EVN's units once again affirm their determination to complete the tasks assigned by EVN in the digital transformation process.
