With the topic: “The Beacon for Sustainable Development”, 1.500 delegates from 10 ASEAN countries, and Japanese and Hong Kong engineering delegations as guests of the Host attended the Conference.

Representative of AER granting the Certificates for 7 Vietnamese engineers
Among the 6 engineers from EVNHCMC, there is 1 female engineer named Ms. Kieu Thi Xuan Thao holding position as Executive of Ho Chi Minh City Power grid PMU.
AER is one of the programs in the Project on Improving the quality of human resources by EVNHCMC for the period 2016-2020. The Corporation organized training, improvement and creating conditions for engineers to participate in important projects, thereby improving their ability, qualifications and experience to be certified by CAFEO as ASEAN engineers.
In 2019, Ho Chi Minh Power Corporation has 70 engineers certified as ASEAN professional engineers. Beside 6 above-mentioned certified engineers, other engineers will be granted certificates in Vietnam in the time to come.
