As for the 110kV power grid, Dak Lak PC currently manages 351km of 110kV power lines and twelve 110kV substations. These substations are located in eight districts, towns and cities to reduce the radius of medium-voltage power supply, ensure safety, stability, continuity, and meet the power demand for socio-economic development in the province.
However, previously, the operation of the electric devices on 110kV power lines and substations was made by Central Region Load Dispatch Centre (A3). To comply with the guiding circular of the Ministry of Industry and Trade and the direction of EVN/EVNCPC on the assignment of control rights to power companies, Dak Lak PC quickly completed legal procedures, made preparation for human and material resources, ready to receive control right of the 110kV power grid from A3, from 00:00, on 1 October 2020.
Dak Lak PC is assigned to control the 110kV power grid from 00:00, on 1 October 2020
Previously, the dispatch unit of Dak Lak PC only controlled the devices to the 35 and 22kV busbars. According to Circular 31, its control range is extended to 110kV substation devices including the 110kV switchgear of transformers.
After receiving the control right, basically, all operations of the 110kV grid system and substations are carried out smoothly, in accordance with the procedures and regulations issued.
