Director of EVNHANOI’s Customer Care Center (EVNHANOI CSKH) Nguyen Hoang Anh said that on 1 September 2015, EVNHANOI CSKH officially came into operation, marking a great step forward for the Corporation in the care and support of over 2.6 million power customers. After five years, overcoming many difficulties and challenges, EVNHANOI CSKH has performed well its role as a bridge between customers and EVNHANOI, promptly responding to all customer requirements, contributing to enhancing the Capital electricians’ position and image in the community.

In five years, the Center has received and handled over 2.82 million calls through the 19001288 Call Center; over 882 million customers have accessed to look up information on electricity usage through the website http://cskh.evnhanoi.com.vn.
The Center has promoted the development of customer care applications on digital platforms, social networks such as: Application of artificial intelligence (chatbot) in customer care; deployment of online service level 4 on website cskh.evnhanoi.com.vn; integration of power service provision on the National Public Service Portal.
Ms. Nguyen Hoang Anh said that in the coming time, with the motto of taking the customer as the center and the guideline for all activities, EVNHANOI CSKH would continue to strive and make efforts; constantly innovating operation quality to affirm the trustworthiness and deserving the name of customers’ reliable companion; is the place where electricity users come to get all information and requirements and become the leading provider of power services in the North.
