EVN identifies, selects and develops digital transformation with focus on, inluding: Digitalizing data with the goal of "an infrastructure, a database", digitizing customers, digitizing business processes, and continuing its roadmap of applying science and technology to the Group's activities, taking advantage of the research achievements of Industry Revolution 4.0, and so on.
Over the years, EVN has always promoted the application of science and technology in all activities. Most of the 110kV - 220kV stations have changed to unmanned and remote control models, enhanced the application of no-outage power repair, deployed online payment of electricity bill, and completed application systems for customer care activities at Customer Care Centers, etc. By 2018, EVN has established a Steering Committee of building the application of Industry Revolution 4.0 into EVN's production and business activities and approve Project of Research, Development and Application of Industry Revolution 4.0 technology into production and business activities of EVN.
