The mobile swimming pool project was invested and built with the main funding by EVN, with the coordination of the Central Youth Union, Central Council of HYPO, the Youth Union of Hoa Binh Province, Hoa Binh Provincial Council of HYPO and local authorities. The total investment of the project is VND 120 million. This is a gift of practical significance, facilitating students in the school to learn to swim, enhance their safety protection skills, and contribute to reducing drowning accidents.
This is also one content in the implementation plan of the cooperation agreement between the Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union and EVN in 2022, to concretize the project "Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union participating in prevention and control of child drowning and accidents and injuries in the period of 2018 - 2022", “Program on prevention and control of child drowning and accidents and injuries in Hoa Binh province”.
