These are 50 works symbolizing the 50-year journey accompanying the development of the South while continuing to affirm the core role of EVNSPC in carrying out the mission of " Electricity paving the way" to serve the socio-economic development and people's lives in 21 southern provinces and cities.

4 months - energizing 50 works

In just 2 days, April 26-27, the last 12 110kV works out of 50 works celebrating the 50th Anniversary of Southern Liberation, National Reunification, and 50 years of building and developing EVNSPC were successfully energized right before the Great Ceremony, completing the Resolution of the Party Committee and the Board of Directors of EVNSPC set out at the beginning of the year. This achievement demonstrates the great determination and efforts of the leadership and employees of EVNSPC on the journey of "Lighting up the belief".

Among those 50 meaningful works, there are two projects registered by the EVNSPC Party Committee to welcome the 4th Congress of the Party Committee of Vietnam Electricity (term 2025 - 2030): Cai Rang 110kV Substation and Connection Line (Can Tho City); Thanh Binh 110kV Substation and Connection Line (Dong Thap). Both works were completed ahead of schedule and implemented within 4-5 months of construction, with a huge amount of work.

110kV works put into operation will contribute to improving reliability of power supply for the provinces and cities in South

Along with that, there are many power supply works to meet the double-digit growth needs of localities in 2025 and the following years. Notably, on this occasion, in provinces with high growth rates, the power sector has invested in and energized numerous works serving various industrial zones and clusters. Typically, Binh Duong province has 7 works; Dong Thap has 6 works; Ba Ria-Vung Tau has 5 works; Ben Tre has 4 works; Binh Phuoc, and Tay Ninh each have 3 works, etc. In which, many works improve the reliability of power supply, meeting the load of industrial parks such as the 110kV Substation of Giang Dien Industrial Park (Dong Nai province); Du Long Industrial Park Substation (Ninh Thuan); Thanh An 110kV Substation (Binh Duong); 110kV Line Feeder from Phuoc Long 220kV Substation (Binh Phuoc), etc.

Along with that are key works such as the North Phu Quoc 110kV Substation, the U Minh Thuong 110kV Substation, and the NR 110kV Line connecting the  U Minh Thuong 110kV Substation (Kien Giang); Ninh Phuoc - Tuy Phong - Phan Ri second circuit Line, Binh Thuan - Ninh Thuan Province (Binh Thuan); Renovation and capacity upgrade of Dam Doi 110kV Substation (Ca Mau); The upgrading of the 110kV transmission line to the  Bao Loc - Di Linh 220kV substation (Lam Dong), etc, has also been completed and put into operation in the first quarter of 2025, contributing to promoting the socio-economic development of localities, etc.
