Difficulty overcoming efforts
According to Mr. Nguyen Duc Tuyen - Director of CPMB, in the period 2016-2020, the total construction investment value of CPMB reached VND20,465 billion, reaching 104.32% of the full phase plan; the disbursement rate is VND19,094 billion, reaching 97.33% of the plan. The Board has commenced 58 projects; completed energizing 62 projects.

According to the 2020-2025 period plan, CPMB implements a total construction investment value of VND25,133 billion; which commences 44 projects and energizes 67 projects. Particularly in 2022, the construction investment value of CPMB is expected to be nearly VND4,750 billion.
From the beginning of the year until now, some important transmission projects managed by CPMB have been energized such as Quang Trach - Doc Soi 500kV transmission line and Quang Trach 500kV distribution yard; Quang Trach - Vung Ang 500kV transmission line and Quang Trach Power Center 500kV distribution yard; Tuong Duong 220kV substation and its connection; Chu Se 220kV substation and its connection.
At the same time, CPMB has commenced 04 projects including Ninh Phuoc double-circuit 220kV transmission line - Thuan Nam 500kV substation; 500kV transmission line connecting Thuan Nam 500kV substation to Van Phong - Vinh Tan Thermal Power Plant 500kV transmission line; Quang Ngai - Quy Nhon 220kV phase 2; Pleiku 2 - KrongBuk 220kV line circuit 2.

Continue to promote effective project management
CPMB has well-organized management and construction investment in many key 500kV and 220kV projects of EVN, most of which are important projects of the national power system. Particularly, in the years 2020 - 2021, despite facing many difficulties and challenges due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, CPMB has overcome and effectively implemented many projects.
EVN leaders also highly appreciated the lean organization of CPMB with 130 employees but responsible for a very large investment volume, which is a very effective project management board model.
