The solution provides timely warning of abnormal power output, helping customers to have a reasonable power-use plan. In addition, the solution also helps customers and power companies to early detect cases of electrical short-circuit and leakage behind the meter, avoiding increased power loss and reducing costs for customers.

The initiative "Solution for automatic monitor the process of recording and reviewing meter readings before issuing electricity bills at Da Nang Power Company, Ltd." - author: Bui Van Minh, won the C prize. The solution helps to ensure accuracy and speed in the process of record and review meter readings before issuing the invoice, improving customer care while saving costs and labor resources.

The initiative "Application of routing algorithms and remote data statistics to automatically analyze and warn customers of low-voltage" - author: Truong Minh Tu, won the Consolation prize. The solution improves operational quality; monitors grid operation conditions and prevents grid failures; improves the power supply reliability; saves energy by reducing power loss, etc.

The initiative "Building automation technology training model for 110kV substations and segmentation devices on distribution grid" - author: Nguyen Nhu Khoa Nam, won the Consolation prize.
