EVN BIS profile was approved by the EVN Member Board in Resolution No. 230/NQ-EVN dated 19 May 2021.
On 28 May 2021, EVN held an online conference to introduce EVN's BIS profile. The conference was chaired by EVN Deputy General Director Vo Quang Lam. The conference was connected to nearly 40 video points at EVN's member units nationwide.
The newly issued BIS includes Regulations on the basic design of EVN brand logo; Brand structure of EVN's member units; Graphic motifs identifying EVN; EVN icon collection; Photo library orientation of EVN; Design guidelines for office block uniforms and labor protection uniforms.

Some highlights such as the EVN brand image (EVN logo) will appear on the left sleeve of laborers' protective clothing and helmets; The protective clothing of EVN workers is specified as orange, with a distinction between other blocks through the reflective lines on the clothes; office blocks also have unified uniforms as regulated; The head office signboard only uses a unified pattern throughout EVN; etc.
The EVN BIS is one of the important intellectual property assets of EVN, providing a full range of tools and guidelines for brand building, administrating and developing of consistent, strong and humane EVN brand.
EVN will coordinate with the consulting unit to continue perfecting and approving the BIS of EVN's member units based on the EVN's BIS. At the same time, EVN will develop and implement a plan to apply the EVN's BIS and the EVN's member units’ BIS.
In order to better meet the development needs in the new period, in 2020, the EVN BIS working group was established with the participation of the following departments: Legal, Business, Communication, Strategy, Human Resources and Office of EVN, thereby, the project of developing EVN's BIS is implemented.
