EVN putting in use a portal supporting business and customer services operation

The internal portal supporting business and customer service (CS) operation with the advanced Business Intelligence (BI) platform was officially launched by EVN on 10 April, 2018.

Towards the target of developing "e-office", "e-enterprise", EVN has constantly put modern information technology applications into the operation, management of the group, including Business Intelligence technology solution.

This solution will help the group replace the current business reporting system through a single portal, with full report portfolios: Business targets, customer services, commercial power, power tariff, price, loss rate, the number of meters, power saving output, etc.

The BI-platform portal has strong advantage of exploiting, analyzing multi-dimensional data from various sources, systems (including from local data to cloud data), hence business analytics are highly updated and topical.

This is also an appropriate mode of exploiting and using data to the big data trend (big data) in the era of industrial revolution 4.0.

The display of information, report with visual dashboards (information board) through charts, graphs and other dynamic graph forms, allowing users to easily follow up operation situation of enterprises, from specific to the most comprehensive level.

Users can access the portal, read analysis dashboard on electronic devices such as laptops, tablets, cell phones, etc.

BI technology also consists of predictive algorithms allowing indicating the business trend and situation of the group in the future, thereby giving maximum support to the business and CS of the group, helping to improve power services quality and, serve power users better and better.
