At the meeting, EVN, TKV, and Northeast Corporation exchanged and basically agreed on the volume, quality, and type of coal supplied to power plants; a form of delivery; coal trading price…
Despite many difficulties and challenges, in the spirit of cooperating, sharing, and making efforts to ensure energy security, EVN, TKV, and Northeast Corporation have agreed on the principles of TKV and Dong Bac Corporation shall supply all coal for EVN's power plants including power generation corporations, power generation companies under EVN (referred to as power generation units) and ensure sufficient coal in volume, quality in according with the progress and needs of the power generating units during the operation of the plant. In which, the coal volume includes domestically produced coal, imported blended coal, and directly imported coal, and may change from year to year depending on the ability and needs of the parties on the principle of ensuring sufficient coal for power generation, etc.
About every 5 years from the date of the effective contract, based on the needs and capabilities of the parties, the parties will consider adjusting the average annual coal volume for thermal power plants.

The cooperation agreement will be the basis for power generation units to adjust or sign long-term and annual new coal trading contracts with coal suppliers, ensuring the fuel supply to operate the power plants in the coming years.
