The Conference to summarize the work in 2021 and deploy the tasks in 2022 of EVNCPC took place on 17 January 2022.

Powerful digital transformation
In 2021, EVNCPC has ensured a safe and reliable power supply; prioritized uninterruptible power supply for COVID-19 treatment and prevention facilities.
The Corporation has completed the 2021 plan with many targets surpassed the same period in 2020. The quality of customer service is getting higher and higher. EVNCPC is always at the forefront with the transaction rate on the National Public Service Portal, providing online services, connecting with localities in medium voltage power supply services.
Implementing the theme for 2021: "Digital transformation in Vietnam Electricity", EVNCPC has synchronously digital transformation in all fields. The Corporation has mastered SCADA technology in control centers and 110kV substations; 100% of 110kV substations are unmanned operated, the rate of connecting segment devices on the grid to the SCADA/DMS system is 93.4%; built more than 195 BI reports for executive management; digitized operation management and CBM/RCM application deployment; automatically provide electricity usage information to customers, etc.
The Corporation has completed the document interconnection with 13/13 local authorities, earlier than the registration plan.

In 2021, EVNCPC was assessed by the Singapore Power Group and ranked 5th in the ASEAN region and ranked 59th out of 86 power companies in 37 countries around the world on the smart grid index.
The management and administration ensure professionalism and effectiveness; deploy many breakthrough solutions to improve productivity and quality of human resources, etc.
Ensure efficient production and business
Mr. Duong Quang Thanh - Chairman of EVN's Member Board awarded the Emulation Flag of the State Capital Management Committee at Enterprises to EVNCPC's collectives with excellent achievements in 2021.
In particular, EVNCPC's research and innovation activities in science and technology applications have achieved impressive achievements. In 2021, the Corporation has 4 research projects that won the VIFOTEC Award; including 01 first prize of the project "Research and development of a fast-charging station for electric cars following the chademo standards to promote and encourage the use of electric cars in Vietnam"; 3 products are recognized as "made by EVN".
In 2022, EVNCPC will continue to deploy synchronous solutions to ensure electricity in the context of the recovery and development economy.

Some outstanding results of EVNCPC in 2021:
- Commercial electricity: 20.3 billion kWh, up 6.33% compared to 2020;
- Power loss: 4.43%;
- SAIDI: 300.9 minutes;
- Electricity access: 1.78 days;
- The rate of electronic meters: reaching 95.57%;
- State budget contribution: VND 834.43 billion;
- Reducing electricity prices and electricity bills: VND 306 billion;
- Implementation of social security: about VND 35.9 billion.
Some key goals of EVNCPC in 2022
- Ensure safety, do not cause occupational accidents;
- Ensure the progress and quality of investment, restore and improve the capacity of the power grid;
- Continue to develop sustainably EVNCPC, on par with power companies of advanced countries in the region;
- Successfully complete the planned tasks in 2022, implement the 5-year plan 2021-2025 assigned by EVN;
- By 2022, basically complete digital transformation in all fields;
- Ensuring wages, material and spiritual life of employees.
