EVNCPC well implements the brand identity system

That is the assertion by Mr. Vo Quang Lam - Vice President of Vietnam Electricity, at a meeting with the Central Power Corporation (EVNCPC) about the branding work held on November 18 in Da Nang.

In order to enhance the effectiveness of the correct and consistent application of the brand identity system, Mr. Vo Quang Lam suggested that, in the coming time, EVNCPC needs to develop a training plan, delivering training and guidance for units under the Central Power Corporation; research and assign additional functions and tasks of brand management to the Communications Department of EVNCPC to create favorable conditions in terms of organizational structure, advising, directing and implementing brand management; studying and deploying a shared image library in EVNCPC and towards expanding to share with EVN and other corporations.

For the use of images related to the brand on communication channels, it is recommended that the selected review units only use images that comply with the brand identity system on EVN and the units' communication channels from January 1, 2023.

Central Power Corporation also propagated and disseminated video clips about some new points in EVN's brand identity profile at information screens, notices, websites of EVNCPC and its member units for all employees to know about and use; at the same time, promptly provide additional instructions for some specific application situations at EVNCPC and units to match actual needs.

Up to now, the units have basically changed their brand identity form according to new regulations in areas such as office administration; equipment and means of transport; media publications; online communication; event; environmental landscape, and so on. In particular, the Customer Care Center, with its specific role as the representative of EVNCPC contacting customers in the online environment, proactively applied the new brand identity to make adjustments on the website, on the phone application interface.

On 19 May 2021, the Member Board of EVN approved the new brand identity system of EVN in Resolution No. 230/NQ-EVN. Then, on 29 July 2021, EVN issued Decision No. 971/QD-EVN promulgating the EVN Brand Identity System and Decision No. 972/QD-EVN promulgating the brand identity system of EVN member units. The application of the brand identity system to meet the needs of building, managing, and developing EVN's brand in the new period is more effective, consistent, and highly convincing about the value of EVN contributing to the socio-economic development.
