Specifically, in Thu Duc City, EVNGENCO 3 Youth Union cooperated with Thu Duc City Youth Union to inaugurate a youth project of installing a solar lighting system on route 12F – Bamboo rows extend Chan Phuc Cam and My Thanh quarters, Long Thanh My ward, on August 11.

The project consists of 25 solar lamp posts, each with a capacity of 1,000W installed along the 12F - Hang Tre route extending in Long Thanh My ward with a total length of 1,200m. The project is sponsored by Power Generation Corporation 3, the youth union, and youth members of EVNGENCO3 and Long Thanh My ward contribute working days to the implementation. Funding for the project is worth VND 60 million.
On this occasion, EVNGENCO 3 presented 10 gifts to disadvantaged households in Long Thanh My ward, each gift worth VND 1,200,000, including VND 700,000 in cash, face masks, and other necessities.

Previously, in Ba Ria-Vung Tau province, Phu My Thermal Power Company (Phu My TPC) and EVNGENCO 3 Power Plant Repair Service Company (EPS) cooperated with the Youth Union of Phu My Ward and Electricity of Phu My township constructed, installed, handed over and put into use the youth project "Road of security lighting with solar lights" at group 15, Van Hanh neighborhood, Phu My Ward, Phu My township.
The project has a length of 1.6 km with a total of 40 solar lamp posts, each with a capacity of 500W, with a budget of nearly VND70 million sponsored by EPS and Phu My TPC, labor by union members and youths of EPS Company, Phu My TPC, Electricity of Phu My township and the locality cooperated to implement it within 1 week.

Lighting the road with solar lights has practical significance for social security, serving convenient travel for people, and contributing to ensuring security, order, and traffic safety. In addition, the project using solar lights contributes to propagating the use of renewable energy sources effectively, which is an eco-friendly solution, saving costs for users, demonstrating the spirit of pioneering, and applying skills to serve the community of the employees of the Electricity sector, EVNGENCO3.
The works implemented by Doan Thanh EVNGENCO3 are also one of the activities to respond to the "Pink Holiday 2023" campaign organized by the Youth Union of Central Agencies Bloc in Ho Chi Minh City.
