EVNGENCO 3 presents Tet gifts to orphan students and patients in Ho Chi Minh City

On January 16-18, Power Generation Corporation 3 (EVNGENCO 3) in coordination with many organizations and unions visited and presented many Tet gifts to students with difficult circumstances and orphans due to the COVID-19 pandemic, patients undergoing long-term treatment at some hospitals in Thu Duc city (Ho Chi Minh City).

At Thu Duc City Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union (HCYU), the representatives of the Party Committee of the grassroots division of the Ministry of Industry and Trade in Ho Chi Minh City, Mass mobilization Department of Thu Duc City, HCYU of Thu Duc City’s Bloc and HCYU of  Thu Duc City, and leaders of Power Generation Corporation 3 presented 62 Tet gifts to students, including 47 orphans due to COVID-19 who were sponsored by the corporation with monthly scholarships until they finished grade 12. The total value of each gift is VND 1 million.

On the morning of January 17, Power Generation Corporation 3 in coordination with the Military Command of Thu Duc City also visited and gave gifts to patients at Le Van Thinh Hospital and Thu Duc City Hospital. 100 Tet gifts, each worth VND 700,000, were hand-delivered by the delegation to patients undergoing treatment and unable to return home to celebrate the Tet holiday. This has partly helped patients feel secure in the treatment.

The representative of EVNGENCO 3 also brought spring gifts including Chung cake, candied fruits, necessities and lucky money envelopes to the Angel Children's Protection Facility in Thu Duc City.
