On EVNGENCO3's side, there was Mr. Dinh Quoc Lam - Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the Board of Directors; Mr. Le Van Danh - Member of the Board of Directors, General Director of the Corporation, members of the Board of Directors, Board of Supervisors, Deputy General Directors, leaders of functional departments, member units of the Corporation, shareholders and authorized attendants, representing 1,116,057,622 shares with voting rights, reaching 99.34% of the total shares.

In 2023, the total electricity output of the Parent Company reached more than 26 billion kWh, reaching 90.54% of the plan of the General Meeting of Shareholders (reaching 100.5% of the plan assigned by EVN), total revenue reached VND 44,982 billion, completing 92.83% plan, paying cash dividends at a rate of 9.26%.
In 2023, the Corporation signed a long-term contract to provide operation and maintenance services for Hiep Phuoc 1200MW LNG Power Plant phase 1, completed the taking over of Phu My 3 Power Plant for management, operation and maintenance according to the service contract with EVN.
In the construction investment area, the Corporation has kept on directing investments in green and clean energy, looking for cooperation opportunities with energy partners in many countries on liquefied natural gas - LNG supply for operating gas turbine power plants; signed a cooperation agreement to develop offshore wind power; studied fuel conversion solutions to increase lifespan and environmental friendliness of power plants.

In 2024, EVNGENCO3 plans the parent company's electricity output to be 25.349 billion kWh, about 3 billion kWh higher than the target assigned by the Ministry of Industry and Trade from the beginning of the year, with expected revenue of VND 40,384 billion.
By the end of May 31, 2024, the parent company's electricity output was 10.748 billion kWh, reaching 98.84% of the 5-month plan and 42.4% of the 2024 plan.
The General Meeting of Shareholders has approved all contents presented at the meeting with a rate of 100% of the total votes of attended shareholders.
