Delegates performing ribbon cutting ceremony to inaugurate works
The Work "Additional installation of T3 of My Dinh 110kV E1.25 Substation" (in Nam Tu Liem District, Hanoi) started in September 2023 and was completed and energized in March 2024 (2 months ahead of schedule). The project aims to meet the demand for power and electricity transmission in Cau Giay, Nam Tu Liem districts and neighboring areas; contribute to reducing power and power losses of the regional power grid; improve the reliability and safety of power supply; improve the quality electricity of the locality and support the connection of medium-voltage sources between 110kV substations.
The Work "Kim Chung 110kV Transmission Line and Substation" (in Hoai Duc District, Hanoi) commenced in September 2021 and was energized on January 23, 2024. The project contributes to ensuring power supply, serving political tasks, socio-economic development, and people's lives of Hanoi Capital in general, improving the reliability of power supply for Hoai Duc District and neighboring areas - where urban areas and residential areas are rapidly developing.
Speaking at the ceremony, Vice Chairman of Hanoi People's Committee Nguyen Manh Quyen said that the two Works "Additional installation of T3 of My Dinh 110kV E1.25 Substation" and "Kim Chung 110kV Transmission Line and Substation" are works that the City has paid due attention to and had strong directions. The works put into operation not only help improve the capacity of supplying power to the City but also demonstrate the responsibility of the Electricity sector in meeting the energy demand for economic and social development, contributing to the successful completion of the targets set out in the Resolution of the 17th City’s Party Congress.
The works have been put into operation on schedule, ensuring quality and absolute safety. These are very meaningful activities of the Electricity sector, which contribute to the overall achievements and activities of the Hanoi People's Committee to celebrate the 70th anniversary of the Capital Liberation Day.
