EVNHANOI: Year-start deployment on construction site of  110kV Tia substation Capacity improvement Project

On 26 February 2018, in Thuong Tin district (Hanoi city), Hanoi Power Corporation (EVNHANOI) held the deployment ceremony of Lunar new year on the construction site  of Capacity improvement of T2 transformer and renovating 110kV bay of Tia substation (E10.4) Project.

The project is invested with total amount of VND 111.4 billion; implemented at Tia 110kV substation (in Tu Duong village, To Hieu commune, Thuong Tin district, Hanoi). The substation has a total area of over 7,000m2, including 4,039 m2 of expansion zone.

The project’s construction was commenced on 30 October 2017. After 4 months of construction, land leveling was fully completed, over 90% of the slope embankment foundation and 100% pier concrete was implemented.

Speaking at the deploying ceremony of the year, Mr. Vu Linh – Deputy Director of Hanoi Power Development Project Unit, said: "This is a key work to meet the demand for load exploitation in Thuong Tin district, Thanh Tri, Phu Xuyen districts, improve the reliability of power supply, complete N-1 criteria of 110kV power grid in Hanoi. Therefore, the Project Management Unit will work with the construction units to speed up progress and strive to put the work into operation in the third quarter of 2018.

Also included in the Group’s deploying campaign, the units under EVNHANOI simultaneously launched the emulation movement of production at a total of 35 works.
