This is also one of the practical activities aimed at celebrating important events of the country and the Traditional Day of Vietnam Electricity Sector.
The investment in the project "Building the North Thanh Cong 110kV substation and its branch" contributes to reducing the loss of capacity and power of the grid in the region, improving power quality and the reliability of the power supply. In addition, the substation will support the interconnection of medium-voltage sources of 110kV substations, ensuring the development of a stable power grid structure as planned. Thereby, it contributes to ensuring a stable power supply, as well as promotes socio-economic development, improving the living standards of people in Hanoi city.
Bac Thanh Cong 110kV substation was officially commenced on 6 October 2020 and energized and put into operation on 28 September 2021. The substation was built in a total area of 2,650 m2, using 110 and 22kV GIS integrated switchgear with a planned capacity of 03 transformers of 63MVA. With the modern facility, all substation equipment and devices are controlled by the computer system, connected to the SCADA system for remote monitoring and control from Hanoi Power Load Dispatch Center of EVNHANOI.
