In the year 2021, EVNHANOI is one of the leading units of EVN in digital transformation. Typically, 100% of 110kV substations are remote-controlled; Developing and effectively applying the software in management, and so on.
In 2021, EVNHANOI has completed and over-fulfilled many targets such as Power loss, reliability of power supply, labor productivity, etc., EVNHANOI consists of 8 power companies that are in the Top 10 of power companies in the country ranked good rate in breakdown reduction; completing the installation of 100% of electronic meters; promoting the automation of the power grid.

Especially, in the context of the complicated occurrence of the COVID-19 pandemic, the construction investment work was completed by the corporation by nearly 100% of the plan. In 2021, the Corporation has accelerated the automation process, contributing to improving the reliability of efficient power supply through solutions for monitoring, remote control (SCADA), automatic fault partitioning (FL), automatic fault isolation (FI), automatic power restoration (SR) for fault-free segments.
The year 2021 also marks a breakthrough and strong innovation in improving customer service quality. The Corporation has launched a customer care ecosystem on a digital platform, including 10 channels connecting between customers and the Electricity Sector; piloted the "service package" unit price for power supply to customers who register to buy power via 1-phase meters; widely deployed a customer care system with a membership card system to earn affiliation points (E-points), and so on.

- Reduction in electricity bills and electricity prices for medical facilities serving prevention of and customers affected by the COVID-19 pandemic: VND 673 billion.
