The writing contest ‘Save electricity - Become habit’ aims at propagating and mobilizing people, organizations, and businesses to join hands in practicing electricity saving every day. After 3 months of launching, the contest received 523 entries from readers across the country. The participating authors range in age, with the youngest writer being 12 years old and the oldest author being 86 years old. This result shows that the contest has attracted the attention of many people in saving electricity.

The organizing committee awarded prizes to 49 articles of the best quality, including 36 individual writing prizes (1 First prize, 2 Second prizes, 3 Third prizes, 30 consolation prizes) and 12 business writing prizes (1 First prize, 2 Second prizes, 3 Third prizes, 6 consolation prizes).
In particular, the first prize in the personal writing category belongs to the work “81-year-old woman in Tien Giang with the "unique" electricity saving initiative” by the author group Nguyen Thi Thu Thuy and Nguyen Quoc Dat (Tien Giang); First prize in the category of writing about organizations and businesses belongs to the work "Learning from Uncle Ho, border guards "super" save electricity" by Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Van Hoi - Chief of Song Trang Border Guard Station, Border Guard Soldier of Long An Provincial.
In addition, the Organizing Committee also awarded an inspiration prize to Mrs. Le Thi Tuy Lieu (currently living at Thi Nghe Nursing Home, Ho Chi Minh City).
