Mr. Le Quang Thai - Deputy General Director of EVNNPC said: The Customer Gratitude Conference is a special event of the year for EVNNPC to extend thanks and continue to receive feedback, exchange and cooperation invitation from customers, for their trust in Northern Power Corporation.
In 2018, EVNNPC has been continuously investing in upgrading power grids, improving the quality of electricity services in order to improve power quality and provide customers with the best electricity services. All power units strictly follow the motto of “Electricity services come to customers”, take the initiative in providing package services, perform on-site customer services once required and maximum support to customer.
It is expected that, from 21 December 2018, the corporation will provide online electricity services equivalent to level-4 public services and support customers in making electricity bill and service charge payment anytime, anywhere.
At this conference, Deputy General Director of EVN Vo Quang Lam also confirmed that EVN/EVNNPC would be unlikely to gain complete successes without the cooperation and sharing from customers. Leaders of Viet Nam Electricity extended their thanks and expressed their hope that customers would continue to join hands with the Power sector for overcoming difficulties in the coming time.

With the theme of “Elevating cooperation, aiming at Future of sustainable development”, many customers extended their thanks to EVN/EVNPC for contributing to the successes of enterprises.
Samsung Viet Nam is one of the largest customers of EVNNPC. Mr. Shim Won Hwan - General Director of Samsung Viet Nam confirmed that the Power sector’s role in power supply to the enterprise has made a significant contribution to its successes over the past 10 years. Mr. Shim Won Hwan hoped that EVNNPC would continue to cooperate, pay attention to and support the operation of foreign enterprises in Viet Nam.
