EVNSPC introduces customer care application at Information Security in Digital Transformation Workshop

Recently, Southern Power Corporation (EVNSPC) introduced the customer care application (EVNSPC Customer Care) to visitors at the Information Security in Digital Transformation Workshop, organized by the Department of Information and Communications of Can Tho City in coordination with the Vietnam Digital Communications Association, and Viettimes Electronic Magazine in Can Tho City.

The Corporation has equipped 2 55’’ smart interactive screens so that customers can practically experience the outstanding features of the Customer Care App such as Online electricity bill payment with just one touch; look up bills, unpaid electricity bills, electricity meter reading schedule, and daily electricity consumption; register for electricity supply; free calling feature on the customer service app; and so on.

Most customers who visit and experience the EVNSPC customer care app on interactive screens are satisfied, feeling the app's up-to-date, convenient, and friendly interface.

Along with the EVNSPC customer care app, the Customer Service Center uses a multi-channel customer interaction system such as Hotline 19001006 - 19009000; website, Zalo, SMS, email; etc. to create the most convenience for customers when they need to request electricity services.

As of August 2024, the EVNSPC Customer Care Center achieved a customer satisfaction rate of 98.9%.
