According to General Director of EVNSPC Nguyen Phuoc Duc, the commercial power output of EVNSPC in the first four months of 2020 reached more than 24.11 billion kWh, an increase of 4.63% compared to that of the same period in 2019. Due to the impact of COVID-19 pandemic, the commercial power production of EVN’s member companies has not increased much compared to that of the same period in 2019.
Regarding the construction investment, the Corporation has commenced 5/72 works and energized 2/56 electrical works of 110 - 220kV. Regarding the development of rooftop solar power, as of 18 May 2020, there were 3,303 customers installing a total capacity of installed solar panels of about 111MWp (32% of EVN's plan in the year). The power output generated from these systems on the accumulated grids by April 2020 reached 71.24 million kWh.
